If you employ more than twenty people and not enough disabled persons to fulfil the legal requirements in Slovenia, you are obliged to pay a fixed monthly amount (amounting to 70% of the minimum wage for each disabled person) to a dedicated national fund. This sums up to an amount of EUR 7 900, 92 for each disabled person that you do not employ, and EUR 15 801, 94 for 2 disabled persons.
We offer you the possibility of concluding a contract with our company TIP Zaščita, which employs disabled staff. By buying, renting or cleaning the products offered, you can offset the disability quotas as required by law. In doing so, you are exempt from paying into the dedicated fund and can save large sums of money. This is a very simple solution, entailing a conclusion of a mutual agreement, the complete assistance in the realization of which is provided by us.
